Now who doesn’t like the delectable crunch of fried fish? This amazing deep-fried non-vegetarian delight of a dish is easy to make and uses just about a handful of ingredients!
Firstly, the fish needs to be cleaned thoroughly, at least thrice or maybe even more times, and set aside. Next, you need to take a wide mixing bowl and add the following ingredients to it – coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lime juice, and make it into a paste-like consistency. You could sprinkle a little water if needed. Now, you need to add the cleaned fish to this mixture and mix well so that the fish is smeared with the paste and the tastes are absorbed by the meat.
Also, nicely and thickly coat the masala on all sides of the fish. This needs to be marinated for a minimum of 30 minutes so that the spices and masalas are completely absorbed. Now, simply take heated oil in a pan or a Kadhai and fry the fish meat until it takes on a dark brown color.
